Chapter 16: The command to accept invitations
باب الأَمْرِ بِإِجَابَةِ الدَّاعِي إِلَى دَعْوَةٍ
Sahih Muslim 1429 d
Ibn Umar (Allah be pleased with them) reported Allah's Messenger (may be upon him) having said this
Accept the feast, when you are invited.حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ، وَأَبُو كَامِلٍ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " ائْتُوا الدَّعْوَةَ إِذَا دُعِيتُمْ " .
